I am looking for a registered Appaloosa halter
bred broodmare for lease in early 2012. Must be big bodied, at least 15.2
hands, HYPP N/N, halter broke and gentle. Must be sound for both breeding
and riding and between 3-12 years old. We prefer a colored mare, but a
high quality non-colored mare who is not sorrel will be given
consideration. I am only looking for a mare within 500 miles of zip
77378. Lease will be at our farm, we will haul and return mare in 2013 in
foal to our stallion for a 2014 foal once our foal is weaned. Please
respond only if you have a mare with these specific requirements and are

well broke,sound appaloosa that has indian
shuffle and slow canter. i have a bad back but do alot of trail riding.
horse must be quiet with trail experience and ride alone or in front or
drag. no unbroke or green horses will be considered. mare or gelding
acceptable. color would be nice but not required. price depends on horse.

I am looking for a backup Appaloosa that would
be able to do back-country trails as well as some distance riding. This
horse would have a good home and would not spend his life standing in a
pen. I don’t do shows, so he will never see the inside of a show ring.
